in your inbox when you’ve been away for a week.  I’m finally getting to the last of the emails that I couldn’t get to last week when I was in Florida and lookie what I found from one of my favorite sites, Cata’s Single Titles:

Happy Friday,
As you may have heard, our website for single title romance has recently undergone a complete redesign and relaunch. We’re merging ecataromance into singletitles.com to bring readers a one stop spot for reviews, interviews and excerpts. We’re also accepting mysteries and thrillers for review now as well. We’re obviously excited about all these changes and the feedback so far has been really incredible.
But we’d like your help in spreading the word.
So we’re having a contest and we’re giving away some fabulous prizes that, as an author, I know you’ll be interested in! But don’t wait, this contest runs less than a month. http://singletitles.com/?p=2715
Here’s the deal, post a blurb about the new and improved Singletitles on your blog, website, facebook, myspace, Twitter, or any other social network you’re on. Then, come back to SingleTitles (http://singletitles.com/?p=2715) and leave a comment with a link to where you posted the blurb. You’ll get entered twice if you insert the blurb in your newsletter and forward a copy to Alice @ pixelwareinc.com.
Prizes up for grabs:
    * 5 affiliate author memberships
    * 5 cover ad slots
    * 5 standard banner ad slots
Rules
   1. Eligible entries must be hyperlinked to http://www.singletitles.com.
   2. Contest open to worldwide authors of romance and adult fiction. Void where prohibited. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
   3. You may enter multiple times.
   4. Contest runs from October 30, 2009 to November 20, 2009 at noon EST. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries after the contest closes. Chances of winning depend on number of entries. Contest must receive at least 75 entries for prizes to be awarded.
   5. Rules are subject to change.

There’s a website that I visit every so often that I really like. It’s called SingleTitles.com and it’s a really reader friendly place. They review romance, mystery, thrillers, etc. About once a week they publish an author interview and there’s usually a book giveaway going on as well. Stop by http://www.singletitles.com when you get a chance.

Authors, a heads up. SingleTitles.com just relaunched, sporting a full site makeover and a contest to celebrate the new look. They’re offering up $450 worth of advertising as prizes. If you write romance, mystery or thrillers you should head over and check out. http://www.singletitles.com
Thanks so much for your support!

PS. Feel free to forward!

Yikes and yahoo!  Can’t believe I almost missed this (tomorrow’s the deadline) and I’d really, really, really like to win something from Cata since they’re sort of my one-stop-site for all things romance.  Not to mention they have one of my favorite reviewers of all time, Amelia, who wrote fabulous reviews for Snow Shadows and Unwilling Angel.  I should be working on the edits for Storm Shadows–yep, I received those from my publisher the day before I left for vacation.  Yippee!–but I think I’m going to take the rest of the afternoon to spread this awesome news.  I’ve finished with the first read-through on Storm anyway and I need a break so…I’m going to give myself a reward!
Now to figure out which blurb–generously included in the contest announcement by Alice!–I’m going to post where.  Oh, and I have to remember to go back to Single Titles and leave a comment for each one.
